Who is this speaker, Rashmi Sinha, Ph.D.?

Rashmi Sinha is the Founding Principal of Uzanto – a Mountain View based consulting company that focuses on web product strategy. At Uzanto, Rashmi focuses on Customer Research and Social Technologies such as Recommender Systems & Tagging. She uses a multi-method approach to understand how technology fits into the frabric of people’s lives. Her writings use a socio-cognitive lens to examine people’s interactions with technologies. For the past year, she has been working on MindCanvas, an innovative research platform to rapidly gather customer insights for the design of technology products. Unlike traditional surveys, MindCanvas uses Game-like methods to understand users mental models, and preferences.
This looks to be an interesting lecture. A psychological design process. I hope the notes of the lecture livee up to the actuality of it.
